I've had my office at home positioned in the extra bed room since departing employment some time ago but since it's getting closer to my due date I need to transfer so we are able to make the extra bedroom in to a baby's room.
We had been looking into building an extension on to the house but because of the layout of the rear of the home which currently incorporates a fantastic leisure area that would have to be sacrificed. The only real other solution is at the front of the home but it will mean radically altering the look of your property and to really make it look right we would need to go to great expense in order to blend in the extension.
We've got a sizable backyard and have been looking at constructing some sort of home office behind past our leisure area. This is looking like the ideal choice. We already got a few architects around but the pricing they are quoting are what I imagined we might build a brand new home for.
My brother highly recommended getting a used shipping container which at first did not interest me whatsoever however he forwarded me a few webpages with good examples of what individuals have done even constructing complete properties from them and I am a convert.
The costs they offer for second-hand shipping containers are really very economical. My hubby is excited about doing it as home handyman project. Luckily for us the drive way beside the house will allow us to bring it to the back yard. The next saturday we will find a supplier and select our home office shipping container.

Derek and I had been recently hoping to have a baby for ages. After the first few years we decided to check things out and we learnt that Derek had a low sperm count. We were informed that we may need to look at IVF but wanted to look at the many natural cures first. Derek is really a strong believer in all natural remedies. Frankly he is a bit of a health and well-being nut. He thinks that a majority of of our ailments are caused by imbalances within our entire body due to deficiencies in nutritional vitamins or the existence of harmful toxins. So he made the decision to to find out exactly what may be resulting in his low sperm count.

Derek investigated the overall health of the reproductive system and discovered that there were treatments on the market that claimed to increase the sperm count by up to 300 percent. As a good deal of these products and solutions happened to be advertised as a sexual enhancement he was a tiny bit suspicious about them but knowing the process behind them and confident they were comprised of 100 % natural products decided he would give them a try. We bought a months supply and in just a 1 week we both observed an improvement. There was clearly an evident increase semen but what we were more surprised about was the improvement to our love life. Before two times a week was what we both felt comfortable with but it grew to become an every night occurrence.

 It was not just a lot more regular but he seemed to possess a lot more power and well it really became much more exciting for both of us. One Sunday morning, Derek and I are setting up a room in our house for our baby. I did a list of baby furniture we would need for our precious one. Derek wanted to buy older nursery items but I was eying on designer baby furniture perfect for my baby’s light colored room. He complains that these modern baby furnitures are way expensive. So I told him I was planning to buy a baby crib on a discount baby furniture store. A bit concerned that the furniture might be nasty having that cheap price, he had second thoughts of buying it. The baby furniture blends well with the design of the room. Even the baby beddings and crib mattress I bought last week looked perfect with the baby crib we bought. We want to create a beautiful atmosphere for our baby and there are a few more things to add in the room. But we still have four months to set it up so we are not rushing (I am nearly 5 months pregnant by the way). As first time parents, Derek and I are very excited and we only want the best for our first baby.

Derek and I have been married for several years now and it took a while before I conceived. When friends and relatives asked, we would always say that we were not ready to be parents yet. That is not true of course, we have longed to be parents but we were just not as lucky as other couples were. We had consulted different doctors and the results were all the same, Derek has a low sperm count…

Doctors suggested many fertility enhancement programs and male fertility pills that would help increase my husband’s sperm count. He got a bit frustrated at first since most of these programs and pills that we invested in did not help at all. He almost wanted to go through surgery which I did not agree on. I am so used to my work schedule and suddenly being at home with nothing to do waiting while this child grows inside me is starting to drive me crazy so i decided to have a go at blogging. I have browsed around and viewed other peoples blogs for some time and always thought I would like to create my very own but never had the time. I felt this would be the ultimate opportunity to start a blog and have a place to write my thoughts and experiences. I am sure now you would have worked out I am new to this being a mother thing. For those who do not know me, I'm thirty four, married and a graduate with a Diploma in Business from a community university. My wonderful husband, Derek, is fully supportive of me and our soon to be made family. Both of us have been married before and we were lucky not to have any children by our previous partners. So although Derek is 48, this will be his first child. Mine too.Both my elders are still kicking although about to head off into retirement, my husband's folks are already there, wandering the country at their leisure and as they are traveling wherever they feel like, when they feel like.. But more of those four darling folks later on.

I've got a younger sister, she is not married but she does have a 'partner' as they say. She's a working Mom with four youngsters to her partner. He has 2 of his own so some times it can get rather crowded and terribly hectic over their place.
Next is my older brother who is single but looking. In truth he is looking to distant lands at ladies in Russia, the Philippines and Latin America. Wondering why he doesn't look closer to home but he revealed he's had enough of us western women and is after somebody with traditional values.
